ILR Success (HSMP JR)+dependant with less than 2 years stay

Post by jcisco » Sat Feb 18, 2012 8:29 pm

Hi All,

I received ILR for me and my wife. My case was HSMP JR + Tier 1 and my wife hasn't finished two years in the UK yet.I applied through a solicitor on same day service. The documents I provided

- Last 3 months bank statement
- Last 10 payslips (from APR 2011)
- 4 P60s
- Current Employer's letter
- Previous employer's letter
- Cohab documents (Council tax bill, Gas/Electricity bill, Water bill)
- Spreadsheet confirming absences
- IRIS registration details and report from UKBA/IRIS confirming the arrival dates

I have one question. The letter I received from HO confirming the extension of leave is not signed by the case worker. Is this normal ? My lawyer said that it is not a problem but just want to be sure. Can anyone please share their experience?

It shouldn’t be problem.

Also, your wife didn’t need to spend two years as you are on HSMP JR.
