original vignette about work allowed on tier 1 entrepreneur?

Hi all,
I am a regular member of this forum.Please I want to find out the origional vignette written on the tier 1 entrepreneur visa.I mean what's written on the visa about the work.either its
1.full time work allowed
or
2.work restricted
Please guide me in this regard.

Work is restricted as you can only work for the business(s) on the basis of which you get your visa.
