Tier(1) General extension Visa for my Kid who is in India

Hi Guys,

I need some help to apply for my kid staying in India.

I am living in UK on Tier1(General) along with two dependants(wife and Kid) visa valid until 19th-June-2012 for all three.
Recently My kid went to India along with grand parents and staying there.

Myself and my Wife applied for the Tier1 General extension and approved and got the visa until Feb' 2014.

Now we would like to apply visa to my Kid who is in India but having visa until June 2012.

Question1: Can we bring our kid to UK and apply for the extension

Question2: Is my kid eligible to travel to UK with his old visa since we got the extension in UK.

Please advise,I am in a confusion.

Your Son can travel to UK till his visa is valid. You can apply for the visa extension once your son is back in UK

The only question is: Is your son travelling back alone, assuming he is still below 18 yrs of age.

No,We are going to India and we will bring him,He is not coming alone.

My doubt is ,we have got new visa extension dates. and I thought his visa will be invalidated.

Can you please let me know if I can apply the dependant visa only to my kid using PBS dependant visa.
