ILR Success for myself: should dependent change to FLR M

Post by knigh7 » Tue Feb 21, 2012 3:00 pm

Hi,

I got my ILR yesterday from a tier 1 visa. See my post Here

My wife has a tier 1 dependent visa which expires in Jan next year, she could not apply with me as we did not have 2 years cohabitation evidence, we will have enough evidence at the end of this year.

What is the process now, does she have to apply for FLR M now, or can she be on tier 1 dependent (remember I am on ILR now) untill end of this year when we have enough cohabitation evidence.

Thanks,
