18 December was Sunday, home office and royal mail are close on Sunday. So I hope you will correct the date.

All of us waiting for 10 years category, and this is the most hardest route among all other legal category, day after day, week after week and month after month and then year after year.....then 10 years came. And in my opinion and I know many of you will agree with me, this kind of application should give 1st pirority among all others due to the reason that applicant has spent 10 years life in UK, passed life in the uk test, didn't break immigration rules, UK became kind of their home. But I think they are giving the less pirority of this kind of application and as according to terms and condition it is 6 months minimum or may be longer so what else we can do :-(

Dear All

i did submited my 2 passport 1 biometric card and LIUK test certificate

My case was straightforward

so be considerate before sending ur application. as more paper may take longer to verify, therefore ur application will take longer than usual (Based on my personal experience)

Those who didn't read my earlier post.. my time line was

Application sent: 6th January 2012 (Friday)
Acknowledgement : Never received
Money Taken: 9th January 2012
Passport received: 16th February 2012 (ILR stamped 8th February)

Thanks for your information, my friend I am really agree with you but it is also absolutely correct extra documents can create delays, but however if extra supporting documents is true and valid reason then it will be always helpful, as an example, someone could have strong family tie in the UK, and in that case they must should send the proof of that family connection. I wish everyone get their ILR soon Inshallah.

Post by shola » Fri Mar 02, 2012 6:39 pm

This week looks like a dead week with no good news at all. I will console myself and other people waiting to believe that this is the week for the Christmas break and hopefully next week will yield good fruits for most of us InshaAllah.
