Hi all, can i ask when we receive a notice of appeal pending receipt with the date the ecm has to reply by,Does the ecm get sent the notice same day as us and is it faxed or posted to them ? Also does the ecm have 20 days to reply if he overturns the refusal from date received or sent? i assume it prob takes few days if posted since its BE ? any info would be great.
