Alhamdulilah I'm really grateful that the decision has been overturned I know they going to take full 28 days before returning it or may be another week extra because people that applied mid last year they kept there passports for like a month before returning them so I guess they will do same with my wife's I just don't think about it makes the wait easier lol

Hi every1
A few ppl have been askin if any of the jan or feb applicants have heard any news yet. I think im the first person on this to apply in jan (date wise) but i still havent recieved a response yet. Its still the ppl in last week of dec who r recieveing responses yet. The eco havent cum round to the jan n feb applicants yet.
@hatewaiting86 congratulations on ur wifes visa. Even though they r taking thier time, 2 months or so alhumdulliah most ppl are getting thier visas granted. It doesnt matter about the wait as long as we recieve a good response n r re-united wid our spouses soon inshallah
@Prince007 the email means soon u will b hearing ready 4 collection n i hope so its good news inshallah

I can understand how difficult it can be but everything happens for a reason as cliched as that may sound..so have faith...it will get better soon insh'allah x

my wife submited her visa on same date as yours from khi and the second update was at the same date.. please do post when you got any news ia.

Don't worry sis keep your faith in Allah S.W.T and inshallah everything will work out for you I felt down and hopeless somedays too with all the stress i got from my inlaws but Allah helped me get through it, the same will happen for you inshallah and of course you all on here are in my duas

salaam brother justg wanted to ask were you not given 22 working days to hear back from them?? as i submitd case on january 30th and was told this still waiting for phone call

were you given 22 days aswell from karachi and has your work place been contacted yet to confirm you work as i should hear on 28th too but no phone cal to work place

Yes but is there a requirement to have both? Will they not let you take the test if you dont have an ID card and/or passport? It's just that previously I'd heard that you need to have an ID card to sit the test and now I've been told you need a passport too. It also sucks that Pakistanis take agesss making an ID card for you..

@prince007 bro I can understand exactly wot u r going through..... Inshallah doin dua u will get a positive outcome n your wife's visa will be granted, i recon if you check the online status friday around 12 midday ypu shud hope fully find that ur passport will be ready for collection.
@Naila sis dont be too dis heartened sis inshallah everything will be ok... Just leave it all on allah n u will get a positive result.

i submitted the papers on 23/1/2012.it was Rs.118250 then.not sure whats the fee now.u can ring Gerry's and ask them.
