Legal aid for ILR judicial review

After applying for ILR as I have been in the UK for 15 years, the home office decided to give me only a DL for 3 years. I am looking to go to court but i need legal aid.

I don't want to try job seeker allowance or any sort of benefits. Is there any other way to qualilify for legal aid?
