Have a question, has anyone got a reply of the progress of their application " your decision has been sent to your legal representative"? I'm so worry now, as they have not say anything about documents etc, I phoned solicitor, but they have not got it yet.

Justice12, you just have to be patient with it, or try and call them and confirm. I still have not received the COA they sent me on the 2nd (Feb), and they told me that it is most probably lost. I had to send a letter requesting another COA (HO said they do no not accept request through fax any more). I still can't get around the idea that all my bills arrived and that one important letter got lost. I suspect, they never sent it in the first place? I hope your documents get to you soon and safely.

Hello everyone, this is my first post. I thought I'll join in and share my timeline as I've been reading this forum for some time now.

EEA2 Applied: 8/11/2011
HO received: 9/11/2011
COA: 8/01/12
RC: ??

This is my second application, as with the first time, HO told me they don't have my passport with them, (when they do). So I got refused - they ordered me acquire a new one but my embassy wouldn't allow that unless I have my passport with me. It took more than a year of constant emails, like a tennis game - embassy/HO/solicitor. In the end HO "found" it and sent it to my embassy. So I then reapplied.

Any feedbacks on November applications?

I sent an email requesting my husband's EEA2 application status yesterday since due to his mother's health he might need to request it back on Monday.
I've received an email from the UKBA at 18:40 today saying they have informed the relevant team leader.

Hi all, great news! My COA arrived yesterday. Here's my timeline so far.

EEA2 sent - 28/01/2012
EEA2 received by UKBA - 30/01/2012
COA received 25/02/2012 (dated 22/02)

It confirms right to work, etc.

My only concern is that they have my name misspelled on the COA. Anyone experience this before? Should I phone or email them about it?

Does anyone know if it is possible for me to work full time while i am waiting for my CoA to arrive? I currently have a job but it is only 19hr a week and i was wondering if i took my marriage certificate and spouses passport they will be willing to increase my contracted hours?
thanks
i am pretty sure that your legal status changes as soon as your married.COA is just a proof of that,no harm in trying doe plus your employer can phone HO employee checking service to confirm.good luck
I spoke to work and they said i needed to show proof so would have to wait for the COA.

Out of curiosity Ribenamango, why was ur RC refused after 5months??????. It is crazy after such a long time of waiting :(
