We received your application on the 22nd March 2004 and we are
currently
working on applications received around this date and therefore
, I expect
your case will be given to a case worker to process and day now.

Now that's very strange, isn't it?
first someone says 15 march then *around* 22..
may be it depends on the caseworker.
may be some are ahead of others..
who knows..
