Tier1 General extension dependant

Hi Friends,

When I do apply for my tier1 general extension with dependant should I submit the below documents for dependant relationship.

1. Do I need to submit any utility bills living in same address proof?
(Including my name and spouse)

2. Do I need to submit joint account bank statement for proof of funds- 3
months or Don't need spouse name on bank statement?

3. I need to submit original marriage certificate but don't need marriage
photos. Isn't it please?

No need of it. If you want to you can

It can be in your name. No need of joint account

Original marriage certificate is enough. No need of photos
