ILR successful

Post by sys_sagar » Mon Feb 27, 2012 4:04 pm

Today , I received my ILR with Conviction for Fair Evasion , prosecuted by London Underground

Applied under ILR JR policy

1. Reached Croydon at 7.45 for 8.15am appointment
2. Called by CW at 9.15 (long wait)
3 Docs requested by CW (very polite):

a. 3 month payslip
b. 3 month bank statement
c. current employment letter
d. co-hab docs for last 2 years
e. I asked him about conviction, he told me that I come under JR , so not to worry

after 20 min, he confirmed that app is approved, passport received in 30 min after the approval.

Note:
I have heard some applicants struggling on other windows , talking to their CW. Specially on co-hab docs requirements. So, please carry all co-had docs

hope that helps,

Great to see ILR being handed out to people who have committed an offence involving dishonesty during their probationary period in the UK

there is nothing dishonesty about this.........
I was appreciated by CW about being honest.

Yes, I did CRB and nothing came up on it. I told CW about CRB but he was not interested to see that.
