No she can't sponsor you simply because she is dependent on someone else.

Please refrain from making culturally sensitive and offensive comment.

Taking into account cultural practices in certain culture, i believe it is wrong and ignorant to assume, without more, that someone is contracting a marriage of convenience by marrying to their cousin.

It does not break any incestious relationship criminal code of the UK.

I have had to delete my initial questions, as it seems it is already answered in your first post.

You should be fine, if she can prove she is a Qualified person. and you can prove, if there is a reasonable suspicion, that marriage is not one of convenience
