It's difficult for me to answer each and every question cause you asked a lot of them,

But if you spend time reading here you can find answers to all your questions,

Sorry brov I don't know the exact answers to 2 and 3, But I don't think your company has to make a certain amount of turn over or profit to be suitable. But I believe they have to make some money otherwise its not a business isn't it? Your company must satisfy the requirements by providing supporting documentation. From the supporting documentation you provide home office will find out whether its genuine and eligible.

If they are not fully convinced they will make a pre license visit. They will come to the premises and conduct interviews and necessary checks. If they are satisfied they will give the license. If your company is not up to Home office standards they might give a B rating and an action plan on how your company can improve to getting an A rating.

Look at the Appendix A for the supporting documents. I believe your company is Private limited so you must check Group5.

1) If a company has been trading for less than 18 months you would need to supply a certain combination of documents (Group 1).

2)The revenue or company turnover is only to establish the size of your organisation so the UK Border Agency can charge you the appropriate fee for considering your application the application fee is between £310.00, £410.00 up to £1,025.00 for larger organisations The Companies Act 2006 and the 2008 amendment to that Act set out the qualifying criteria for a small company or charity.

3) You must name your authorising officer, key contact and level 1 user on the application form. These roles can all be filled by the same person, or by a combination of different people. All key personnel must be permanently based in the UK

4) The amount of real estate you have is not a consideration, you will however need to be able to demonstrate you have a reliable HR System that meets the 5 key areas the UK Border agency will assess you against also that you are able carry out your ongoing duties and responsibilities.

5) The real estate does not need to be owned by you.

A "B" rating as Madonna rightly pointed out, will be issues with an "action plan" which you will be charged £1500,00 for and you have 14 days to pay or the UKBA will revoke your licence, furthermore you cannot issue CoS while you are "B" rated

You will be audited by UK Border Agency as a matter of due process, make sure you have your house in order before they visit.
