Hi,
I applied for my Tier 1 General Extension with 3 dependants and went for my Biometric on 16th Dec 2011 however I haven't received any reply from home office yet regarding my application.

Can anyone tell me is this a normal time period to process the application as I am bit concerned now cuz I have to apply for a new Job .

As I need to apply for new jobs and without passport I cant apply ..

Can any one please give me some advise on this , what should I do , should I just wait or call Home office .

It is unfortunate that your case is taking long time. There is no other alternative other than to wait. They will only answer if the application date is more than 6 months. Hopefully they will take a decision in the next 10 days. TIG.

Now adays the applications are taking too much time.....from 45 days to 60 days...even after Biometrics......

just check www.trackitt.com......

As rules are changing from April6th...large number of applications are flowing in.......dont worry......as you have dependents.......itmay take a bit longer...
