Bank statement does not include last month salary

Hi,

My bank statement does not include last month salary as it is ususally issued on 21/22 of the month. I do have the payslip.

Can i still claim for this month's earning?

If the bank can provide printouts (like barclays) and have them stamped, that be fine.

Without a second piece of corroborative evidence as stated in UKBA's Policy Guidance, you will not be awarded the required points if the last payslip is not backed up by a bank statement. As suggested by jaymandalia, ask your bank to provide you with a statement to cover the missing period.

My bank does not attest the statement printouts so I think i can skip the last month and use the earning period without last month, so need to go a month back. Feb 2011 to Jan 2012 would be fine i believe.

That is ok as you are allowed to use earnings from a single, consecutive 12 month period taken from the last 15 months.

You can claim your salary for a maximum period of 12 months from within the last 15 months.

I would only include payslips for the months that are also shown on the bank statements (to avoid confusing the caseworker).
