Gurus,

Previous i applied Tier 1 based on my master, now i got my Ph.D, can i claim for my extension through Ph.D. Is it acceptable by UKBA.

Please reply.

Yes you can. I got my initial grant on the basic of bachelors degree and got my extension on basic on master's .I got my extension on 2 feb 2012.

Just one more thing, provided that your degree appears on the PBC on UKBA otherwise you need to get certificate from NARIC.
