This is to certify that Mr xxxxx has worked in this Company as an Accounts Assistant from xxxx to xxx, a period of xxx.

This was a post graduate position.

His principal responsibilities were as follows:

He was a senior member of the staff reporting directly to the Financial Controller.
Liaising with suppliers and customers.
Preparation of the monthly Management accounts pack.
Managing the budget and rolling forecasts and assisting the Financial Controller in the design, preparation, presentation and analysis for cost centre managers.
Maintaining the accrual and prepayment accounts and associated spreadsheets.
Developing and maintaining accounting procedures for stock and Fuel usage.
Producing a company balance sheet and profit and loss for monthly board meetings.
Providing Company's Auditors with all relevant information requested.
Review all cost areas with Finance Manager to identify and recommend cost savings.
Gathering information from regional offices.
Managing and training up to 3 Accounts Juniors.
Reviewing the work of junior members of staff.
Variance analysis.

He has exceptional knowledge of computer operations, during his tenure he was given comprehensive training on various accounting softwares and gained impeccable knowledge of these.

He was a valuable member of the team, who consistently achieved good results and delivers all expectations.

We found his work to be accurate, reliable and meticulous, His behavior throughout was exemplary.

We wish him best of luck for his future endeavors.

Hi Moh,

1. Hope u can remove the Word 'Assistant'. I had seen a similar case here...where assistant engineer duites were not taken as graduate level.

2. Add FULL TIME keyword.

3. Case worker are not specialists of every field...they are just foloowing some manuals..

4. Make ur points bulleted...

5. Add little more details of each responsibility...2-3 lines per respnsibility would be fine...

Can this reference be considered of a graduate level?

given that i included

- i supervised 3 employees
- was respnsible for management accounts
- the letter says i was a senior member of staff and it was a graduate level position.
