BRP for ILR (obained prior to 29th Feb 12) ???

Does One need to apply for BRP (Biometric Residence Permit) if they obtained ILR prior to new circulation issued by UKBA effective 29th Feb ?[/b]

No.
Unless you have e.g. new passport and want to transfer ILR to new passport then you will now be issued with BRP as opposed to ILR Vignette in passport.
