After the wedding which does not give him any status in this country he needs to return to his country to get a spousal visa. This may be the quickest way to regularise his stay in the UKmollydog wrote:Hi all, this is my first time on this forum as i have been reading other people stories. i think u need to seek legal advice on that. a solicitor or qualified legal adviser would do for now to avoid any confusion. :mollydog wrote:ok but my fear is what if they dont give him on time as i will strogle to keep my job and look after three kids at the same time as i have 2 of my kids to my previous partner and he has to see his son every two weeks.i realy will not be able to go to work as he is the one who look after the three kids when am at work.so my job is at risk.am confused.

Zambrano is now in effect...go and apply using form EEA2 (free application) as long as your child is british, ur likely to get a residence permit! goodlucksushdmehta wrote:mollydog wrote:i came to the UK 2008 with a 6months visitors visa and after 7months i ment my wife and we had our lovely baby girl in jenuary this year. we got married last week.i dont know if i have more chances on getting my stay if i apply through FLR(o) as me and my wife is scared to go back home and apply for a spours visa as she wont be able to coup for 3months in the UK alone with 3kids and a full time job as i look after the kids when she is at work.secondly her other kids dad has a court order to see her other 2kids every 2weeks so she cant leave the country.i dont know what and how i should apply and what documents are needed.pls i need your contribution before i applly next week.
