Salry Mismatch

Post by ajiraw » Fri Mar 02, 2012 10:59 am

Hi All,

Thanks to this marvellous forum to clarifying lots of my doubts.

I tried to find out the answer of my query in this forum but did not get any.

If you know any other topic on same issue please give me link.

I work through my limited company and got all the information which is required for TIER 1 extension.

For the first three months I paid myself (company paid) £18 less than the salary which my accountant calculated.

In other words my personal account statement shows £18 less than my salary slip.(Mismatch in evidence)

After 3 months I paid myself (company paid) the balance amount i.e. 3*18= £54 not with salary but as separate payment.

So my query is
Do I need to attach a separate payment slip for this payment of £54? Or should I Clarify this on covering letter.(Or both)

regards

If the amount doesnt make any big difference in claiming points, I would suggest ask your accountant to adjust the payslip to match the amount transferred...

Else, I think letter from your accountant explaining the situation would also work...

Thanks Manka and bond.boy for quick reply.
amount does not make big difference in claiming points.
I think I should get a letter from accountant on his letter head explaining the situation
and also I will put a mark on my bank statement indicating that payment.
Hope CW will able to understand the situation.

i know of a friend whose visa was rejected (appeal was won with a help of a solicitor) because of mismatch of pay figures (difference of pence). I would strongly recommend you to get new payslips with figures matching to your credits in bank stmts. Ask your accountant to do this for you. Thats what they are here for!

Sorry, not trying to scare you, but giving you first hand info.

Possible Visa rejection

Based on my personal experience, I would strictly recommend you that whatever you show as a income i.e Payslip should match with your proof in bank statement. For example.. your payslip shows £100 and your bank got fund of £100.05 then UKBA will simply refused your application saying that your income proof dose not match with your provided documents.

So arrange your payslips as per your bank statement.

Thanks
