ILR for spouse(wife+child)?, sponsor(husband) on benefits

I'm on ILR, I sponsored my wife and 2yr old daughter, they joined me last July. I lost my job in Oct and getting benefits since then. The benefits I'm getting are
JSA myself
CB in my name
Ch Tax Credit joint claim
Housing, Council Benefits in my name but declared all info of my wife and daughter living with me on claim forms.

Please advice which benefits could cause problems regarding ILR for my wife and daughter when we apply in 2 years time.
