Doubt on the Tier1 dependant application form

Hi,

I have a doubt in answering one the question in the Tier1 dependant application form.

C3. Do you have any passport or travel document which contains a previous grant of leave or which you used when you last travelled to the UK?

This question is in Page 13. My spouse is with me here, Do i needs to metnion yes here.?

The same question also repeating in page 15. The other questions are

K3. Is your relationship with the main applicant subsisting?

I also presume it's not required to answer the question from K4 to K6.

Appreciated if you can provide me the clarification.

The answer to C3 is 'Yes' and then provide the Passport details.

The answer to K3 is 'Yes'

Once you say yes to K3, you don't need to fill K4 to K6.

It would have been helpful if you posted the questions K4 to K6 as that would have saved the trouble of reading the complete form. You crib when you don't get an answer and then you don't provide complete info urself. We are not immigration consultants and don't know what is question K4 or K6 for that matter. We have to read the form everytime you ask a question.

K4 to K6 is not required if this application is for your partner. If this is for your child, then K4 to K6 is required.
