Hi,
I am due for my tier-1 extention in May 2012.
I was in permanent employment till Oct 2011 and moved to contracting through my Own limited company from Nov 2011.
I am planning to apply my extention based on the permanent employment as I have enough points from my permanent employment.
When I fill the form, what do I fill? Is it Employed or Self Employed?

Read the original post carefully. OP was in permanent employment before he/she switched to his/her limited company. OP wants to use the salary from permanent employment for visa extension.
Hence Employed
