Paperwork for my spouse and his child

Post by angie36 » Tue Mar 06, 2012 2:09 pm

Hi,

I have a query about a spouse visa and a child dependants visa.

I know that 2 seperate visa forms are needed for both applicants, but is 2 lots of paperwork needed for both applicants, or will the spouse visa be the main applicant.

I would appreciate your help.

Why not put copies of the spouse items relevant to the child application. There will be quite a bit of different documents for the child showing the sole responsibility so would likely to need 2 "packs"

I had a question like this when applying for 2 passports at the same time.

It was the first time myself and my son had applied for a UK passport and his was dependant on mine.

Their answer was to just put all the documents together when I emailed and asked what was best.
