New Born in UK, Tier 1 dependant visa

Hi all -

i am on a Tier 1 visa completing 5 yrs in Oct 2012. I have recently had a baby in Jan in UK and require to travel urgently to India. I have tried to get POE appointment but no luck for last week. i would be interested in hearing members views/ experience on taking the baby to India and making a dependant application from Mumbai. i also understand that there is a new online visa application process, so hoping i will be able to get baby's visa in India, but do not want to take a risk as i will need to make the ILR application in Sept and you cannot be out of the UK for a continuous period of 90 days and dont want to be stuck with baby in India.
