If you are concerned ,write a letter with your application form.

Last time , I write a letter with all my points .Also in the letter , I mention anything confusing.

Am sure he meant you should write a cover letter along with your application. Thats becoming a standard to ensure you explain areas where the caseworker might have any doubt or objection to.

If you are too concerned, you can ask a letter from your bank to summarise that particular payment including details like sort code and account number that payment came from with any payment reference.
And explain the same in your cover letter.
