Family moving to UK

I am British Citizen living in Copenhagen, Denmark with my family( daughter and wife). My wife is Pakistani Citizen and my daughter has recently been granted British Citizenship. Now I would like to move to UK along with my family. My wife has residence Card which is due for renewal after 5 years as it will become permanent by than. I would like to ask whether she has to go back to Pakistan or she can apply from here in Denmark.

She can apply for spouse visa from Denmark if you are living there now
