cancal my dependent visa

i m here in uk on tier2 skilled worker from apirl2010.my wife and my son joined me on 19 feb.2012.due to some disputes we r living seperately.so now i dont want my wife to be here as my dependent so i want to cancal my wife's visa.but i dont want to cancal my son's visa he is going to school and living with his mother.if i inform to ukba so what they will do and if they cancal my wife#s visa so how loong it will take thanks

Thankfully, you have no say in any decisions to revoke or curtail your wife's leave. The most you can do is inform the UKBA that the relationship has ended. It's highly likely the UKBA will not bother to take action against her in the current circumstances.

well you will inform UKBA that relationship has ended coz don't put ur self in further problem may ur ex do in this country who knows!!! and ur name still in her file and visa so u will be on the list, but if UKBA accept the case and cacel her visa she will applay for Asylum seekers (im sure she will, she sow the life in here and the life where she used to live and all of them select here) and now the story has just started and u will never get away from your past, the child depend what sort of age he/she is?

This might never work as you wan't your wife to be chucked out of UK and your son to stay here. UKBA doesn't necessarily work according to what a male chauvinist might believe.
