Tier 1 Extension - Age Criteria

Post by rakeysh.patel » Mon Mar 12, 2012 10:52 am

A quick question around the age criteria - Just had a brain wave over this and wanted someone to clarify this.

I applied for HSMP (in country) on 11/3/2008, approved (HSMP approval letter) in October 2008. Applied for Stamping with valid HSMP letter on 31st Jan 2009, Visa approved on 23rd March 2009 for 3 years.

Q - On the age criteria, would I go with age as of 11/3/2008 as my initial application and mention to be 24 years old or age as of 31/1/2009 (passport sent for Stamping) or even 24/3/2009 (T1 Visa valid from date)?

Thanks,
R

Ta mate. I read through the help section with fresh pair of eyes and panic mode switched off and it did give me the same answer, date of application when I sent in the passport to be stamped

Cheerio
