Tier 1 Points based system....

I am applying for my ILR and was shocked to see that for applicants with a previous ILR application between March 2009 to Apr 2010, the Bachelors degree would not fetch any points. I had been given those points 3 yrs ago in May 2009 when I applied as Tier 1 general migrant. What do I do now as my total points dont tally up!
Any suggestions????

Yes, I am on Tier 1 general since May 2009 and am planning to apply for ILR.

Cant really understand what your question is? Have you previously applied for ILR and now making a new application?

Yes, I am on Tier 1 general since May 2009 and am planning to apply for ILR.

Your ILR is not due (at least under T1 5 year period) until May 2014. Go easy, you don't know the changes UKBA would make tomorrow and you are predicting years !!!
