ILR under 10 years- Dependent should fill SET(M) or FLR(M) ?

Hi All,

It is very kind if some one suggest me/ had similar case on the follwing
circumstances:

currently I am on Tier 1, but applied under 10 years Long Residency. waiting
from HO for ILR.
I was 5 yr student + 5 yr HSMP.
currently I am waiting for my ILR, applied under 10 years Long residency.
My wife is with me in UK since 2008, so almost 4 years. got 2 kids born in UK.
All of them have Tier 1 Dependent visa untill June 2012.
So as soon as i get my ILR what application should I lodge for dependent.
SET(M) or FLR(M) ?
please also suggest me the required documents
Do I need to show all the bills etc in her name also since 2 years?

Hi

I have applied under 10 years visa.
waiting from HO.
mean while my dependent and two kids visa running out in July.
so after i get ILR.

can some one please answer the following questions.

1) Can I apply wife and 2 kids with SET(M), or FLR(M).
she already leaving in UK with me since last 4 years. and kids born in UK.
but I want to apply kids for ILR not for naturalisation at the moment.
(I have seen some guys applied for direct SET(M) at PEO and they got it.
I need guidence please.)

2) I need 6 poof of address of my and wife help please:
(3 proof my & 3 wife) or (6 my and 6 wife) proofs please?

I applied for ILR 10 years. as soon as i get it,
i am applying my wife as FLR(M).
what about kids?
for MN1 can i book same day appointment and
how long the passports will get as they are planning for travels soon.

please answer in details with options please.
i no this is repeated questions but pls answer in detail of processing with
alternative options.
