Lost Payslip and did not have job for a month

Hi There,

I am going to apply for my extension of Tier 1 General visa next month.
In last 12 months I have had three jobs and did not have any job on October 2011, but the money I have earned in 11 months is sufficient for the points.
Unfortunately I lost the August 2011 payslip, which I have a copy of it.
I am working in a different company now.

My questions are:
- Will they accept the copied payslips?
- Will I get any trouble for not working one month.

Not working for a month does not matter. about the payslip, try to get the copy stamped and signed by the previous employer and also explain in your covering letter.
