Cardiff PEO experience with twist

Planed journey one day ahead, approximately 2hrs drive from west, London.
Appointment was@ 10:30 , I reached there 9:50 bit early.
Cardiff office has street parking, which is quite good. Office and processing is done on Ground floor.
Entry clearance taken 5 minutes, In front of security gate there was sitting area and counters.
No token number was given and asked me to wait in sitting area.
Abt 10:15 lady came out and called us in counter :6
Taken main-Applicant and 2 dependants doc’s with supporting doc’s.
Fee was not processed at same time.
Asked me to sign paper which had some information abt fee and withdraw application etc (she asked me do you use another name, I said NOOo).
After 10:35 different lady came out taken us for BioMetric details………
She was friendly with me and my family.
After Bio-details Abt 10:50, she asked us to leave building and come back after 5hrs (3hrs for main applicant +1hr dependant-wife, 1hr dependant-child).
Or case worker will call you if application will be processed early. (keep your mob active).
I haven’t seen my caseworker during all above process.
 After 12:45 I received call from my case worker to come back in building bcz she want to ask some Further questions abt my pay-slips etc…….
I got worried…..went back to HO in information counter to see name:xxx
Caseworker came out bit moody (in this point I seen my caseworker 1st time)
Caseworker asked me abt
Company I work for abc Ltd, and myowncompany xyz Ltd,
She asked me how I manage working hrs and wt type of jobs these are etc….
I explain but no much luck………
She asked me further questions abt myowncompany xyz Ltd…………why you taken wages on payslips for last 2 months only, and not for whole year ? I explained but she was nt satisfied………..I told her that I have imports documents and my business bank statements in my car…..if you allow me I can bring doc’s and we will discuss in detail……….
She said yes, please……I run back to my car and taken all relevant papers……..she came out from counter and taken selected documents and asked me to wait……..
I waited ant 45min she came back and given me Happy news.
I came out abt 2:45pm happy and smiling………..
Later I been informed by abc ltd, office colleague that caseworker given ring back to my job to confirm details and cross reference, which I told her in explanation………………..

I sent my application by post 4 weeks ago and still waiting for biometrics.

Yeh right - except NHS bill would not be much as what UKBA charge to deliver the news !!!
