Naturalisation-BC, Am I elegible now?

Post by DC-IB » Tue Mar 13, 2012 8:10 pm

I hold a PR issued in Oct 2011, been married to my French wife for 6 years (feb 2012) and in Apr 2012 it will be our 6th year living in the UK.

Is it true that I could start my naturalisation process in April 2012?
I had no issue in getting the PR approved, I instead took too long to apply as I was not aware I could have applied on my 5th year anniversary in the UK, but anyhow....

My main questions are can I apply for naturalisation in April 2012? and if so, do I still have to provide my wife's P60's and all the documents we showed during the EEA4 application?

Kind Regards ..... Thank you all in advance for any replies.
