ILR: Salary Supporting documents

Post by ashubhatt » Tue Mar 13, 2012 10:14 pm

Hi All,

Quick question about salary and supporting documents?

I am going to apply for ILR next week just preparing my application.

1. I haven't received Jan, Feb 2012 salary which I am going to get this week (March), I would like to include jan,feb in my 12 months to score points for the salary. What are the supporting documents i can show for these two months? Bank statements are out of the question simply because I haven't received the salary. Get a letter from employer?

2. If I'm taking last 12 months into account for scoring points for salary, is it is okay to show different document for supporting your earnings for e.g
bank statements for couple of months and jan, feb(Point 1) employer letter? or there are restrictions for that as well?

Any help or advice would be great.

Can you please confirm if it is the same employer and is it practice in your company to delay salary for two months. What are the other documents for last 10 moths you are submitting. Bank Statement can be obtained but must be verified by Manage.
Regarding payslips, please update what do you have for last 10 months
Please provide bit more info

I am calculating from June 2011-Feb2012 months.
June-September 2011: Swiss Employer(online Payslips, have a bank statement to match and P60)
September 2011-Dec 2011: UK Employer: Have a bank statement to match the salary
Jan-Feb 2012: I will get paid this week. What is the best way to show that i have received funds.

just to mention that you can use any consecutive 12 month period in the last 15 months - if it meets the requirement for points of course.

good luck

I appreciate that. Thanks
If I get a letter from employer mentioning that I have received Jan,Feb salary in this month (march) would it suffice? or do I need to show more document as proof?
