Query regarding Tier1 Dependent

Post by Tier1Gen » Wed Mar 14, 2012 4:24 pm

I have read the guidance and the additional notes attached with the depenedent form but cannot find the answer to my question.

I am applying for visa extension with my dependents, I had provided birth certificate of my child during initial application.

Is it a requirement to produce it again? As I can't see it in the form or guidance note.

Any help regarding this would be highly appreciated.

Regards

Are you applying by post? If you are attending PEO office, there will not be any harm carrying a 1 document with the pile of others??

Eat well if you are going for the PEO/Postal application, you'll get the extra energy needed to carry the document along to the PEO / Post Office (with other documents)

Will it be ok if I attach a copy of the certificate as I have already provided that, I am doing the same for my Degree certificate. To give them a complete reference.

I do not give any documents for my wife in UK. Marriage cetificate ,marriage picture all submitted back home

My wife came in UK as my dependent when I am IGS visa.

Later I extend one year IGS as PSW .Now Tier 1.

In UK , I do not give any document for her except passport.

Without wanting to be a hypocrite, can you please advise - "How on earth you met the English Language Requirement for TIER 1 General ???"

Thanks everyone for your suggestions.

It will be really helpful if someone with the same sort of scenario updates me with their experience.
