Applying for ILR

Post by happi.ocholloh » Wed Mar 14, 2012 6:32 pm

Thought Id run what we are doing past you and our situation as we apply in case anyone spots errors or something else we could maybe change before we apply.

Situation, Wife Indian, Husband British with 1 yr old child born here
Wife is working part time however has been off sick for the past 4 months on ssp as her discs are compressing a nerve.
Husband is full time student.

Will be providing

Hers
3 months wage slips
3 months bank statements
His
Student Finance award letter
3 months bank slips
Child Benefit Letter

We moved 3 times
So providing names/bills for each address 1 each and leases proving rent

Both passports
Supporting statement from both

Intend to post the application with originals with copies of everything.

Is that everything? Is it useful to provide an income/expenditure statement?
