Tier1 extension previous refrence number

Could you plelase let me know what information should supplied for the below question for my tier1 general extension.I was on a work permit before I got my tier1 visa.Should I enter my work permit ref no?

Also I dont have any certificate showing degree taught in Engligh but my qualification was recognized by the calculaotr.Do I still need to produce degree taught in englih?

I claimed points for my Masters degree.

1. Work permit number which starts with G....(G12344).
2.No need to prove it as its recognised by PBS calc.

I basically have the same question. I have a Tier 1 (General) visa that I would like to extend. In my wife's application (the updated version 02/2012) it asks for UKBA reference number of both mine and hers. What should I supply here? Any help would be much appreciated.

Nope employer letter is not mandatory requirement. You can include it if you have but not mandatory.

I dont have the work permit letter. i had come on work permit in 2005 for 3 months and on tier 1 in aug 2010. since i came after 5 years i never had the letter with me. can i Leave it blank.
