Hi people

I am planning to go to Pakistan soon to file my wife's application, I have my employment letter, bank statement for three months, money transfers slips about 3 ,telephone contact between me and my wife and 3 months worth of pqyslips.

I live with my parents and will stay with them with my wife, they will provide a letter and a copy of their mortgage deed .
What else do I require? I am worried I have nearly 6000 pounds in my normal bank account which includes expenditure and savings , I am worried the application may be denied because I have 2 loans, but they will end in the next 5 months. Do I add a copy of the end dates of these loans to help with the application ?

What else would be required ? I have read I will need to fill an application form, what form is this ? I realise I have to provide evidence of marriage I.e. photos and nikahnama both Urdu and English .
I am scared please advise , I have been married since April last year and feel I may not see hlmy wife for some time
Best wishes

Costs £50-£70 depending on where you live, get a title deed as well for the property to get the housing side of things out of the way.

You'll be spending £850 for the VISA application, plus £200 for other bits and bobs. Things like this, English tests in Pakistan and TB Tests.
You ( or preferably the owner of the house can get copies of title deeds of the property) simply by going to the Land Registry website and download the two reports for £8 only

http://www.landregistry.gov.uk/www/wps/portal/!

Click on the end tab: Find a property......then type in your house number and postcode, pay the fee and it will download it to your email address
Salaam batleykhan, im having trouble downloading these, i enter my address on the website and click next but nothing seems to happen, the page shows its loading- but it just ends up being the same page as it was already on- anyone else had this problem,
maybe the system could be down so i will try again tomorrow mourning

Thanks very much brothers and sisters for the support and help

Whenever they found any problem or food shortage; they directly asked Allah (SWT). E.g. Incident of grinder of Flour (Atta).

As a matter of fact, you must disclose everything which is real to the eco, they sholdnt bother to hook ur further hidden info from any side, a plus point u should add that ending date letter describing about
if you still have 2500 to 3000 pounds left after paying that, would be enough to satisfy, however, please note that u must maintain your balance for long run started from now on, thats an important part as an applicant, your partner will be supported by you, and obviously you are the one who will be assessed and reassessed each time...
BDW how long u been in the UK,,,!

I don't understand the question, how long did they give me for what? As far as I know, it will take a minimum of 8 weeks and a maximum of 12 since the application date ... I know a few people who got responses in their 10th week so I still got a few weeks to wait before we hear anything ... insha'Allah it will be good news!

Not you.

Your hubby will get the call letter, but make sure teh TB certificate is valid when handing in passport with call letter. If not it would be advisable to have TB done as they wont stamp visa without a valid Tb certificate. They will also want to know when your hubby will be wanting to travel. If he is coming straightaway, he should put down straightaway. If he wants to delay his arrival for a maximum 3 months, he should make that clear.

Congrats naila :)

I have some news too, my brother has found a job and will inshAllah be applying for a spouse visa soon.

My sis in law has taken her English test this week, so hoping she will have passed inshA.
