Can any one advise... when i submit my wifes application, do we need to send a copy of her pakistani id card? if so does it need to be translated as it is currently in urdu...

Yes, you do need to provide an original NIC card with 1 photocopy along with your application.

As hers is in urdu, will i need to get it translated or just submit it as is?

Also how long would they keep the card for? surely they cant keep it with the application as an id card is a neccessity in everyday life in pakistan

Is there anyone els here who has filed an appeal after 19th dec??

1) My husband is going to submit my appeal in the xt wk or two, His card payment details will be fine on the form, i am the appellant would they expect my card details on it?

2) In my statement writeup do i only talk about the points of refusal or i write everythn from A-Z like done in the original visa app form??

3) Can my husband be my representitive as asked in section 5 of IAFT-2, and can he sign the form as my representative in the end?

I'm not sure if it would need to be translated maybe another member can answer that for you..

However, all papers and documents would be returned to the applicants once the visa has been given.

Can i ask.. how do you prepare the file to submit to Gerrys?

isit in a folder with plastic wallets? with contents page?
or just treasury tags?

I dont want paperwork to go haywire...

Also, is payment made in rupees to gerrys at their office on appointment day?
