HSMP In-country Application

Post by miyoco » Wed Nov 08, 2006 5:22 pm

I'm new to HSMP, and this may sound like common sense. If you are applying to switch to HSMP within the UK (and have the HSMP approval letter), can you do this using the same day service at PEO (either alone or by an OISC rep)? Or is it all done by mail?

first off... only some immigrant categories are allowed to make the switch in-country.

for example- as a work permit you are allowed. for thsi process (the one i'll be doing in a month or two)

you first apply for HSMP via Work Permits. This is done by post.
then you apply for FLR(HSMP). i'm not sure if this can be done in person or only by post. i've read conflicting reports.
