SOC or COP Salary are They Net or Gross Amount ????

Hi

I was just wondering that the Salaries mentioned in the COP or SOC are they gross salaries means before tax or net salaries after tax.

geez good question i always assumed they were gross (before tax)

It would be before tax and deduction, e.g. pension.
