salaam taniya sis..
it was refused on my work wageslips..my employer owns 2 businesses..i work for 1 but my wageslisp were made with the other busniess name so they thawt i dint work; the money i was gettin wasnt from my work..

so i submitted a letter from employer saying i work for him, i sent new bank statements, photocopies of ma cheques and wageslips...

its mon-fri WORKING DAYS sis...

Oh seen sis.well mashallah the stress is almost finished. I was ment to say 6weeks its c typing error it will be 6weeks on Tuesday Inshallah. Don't worry my minds not only on that. I have and do other things!! I was just asking a general question. And sometimes you can't help but to think about what happening.

Yes thats good.. i didnt mean to sound abrupt... I just read alot of stress on this forum, and it is understandable, but like i said it is out of your control so thinking about it all the time will not do you good....

Im in the same situation and i know it is easier said than done

havent handed my mrs's in yet...... getting married 15th april next month, hopefully hand it in early june if mrs passes her english test on may 12th.

That's right, it's been 62 normal days, but they work in working days. It's been 44 working days for you. Which means you have up to 16 more working days to potentially have to wait.

application under process in BHC 12/01/2012
visa application has been forworded to Embassy for processing 04/03/12

can someone plz tell me what dose that mean and how long more i have to wait?

faysal they delaying in evrything nowadays..

look how long its taking for al thoes who hav submitted fresh cases to hear sumat..and they taking long wiv stamping passport init..so they bound to take long wiv appeals..

Your application so far has taken 57 working days, they say when you hit 60 days then raise a call. So if you have no status update that reads ready for collection by Thursday this week, then I would start contacting them using the contact details on Gerry/UKBA site.

Your application is being processed.

It's absolutely nothing to worry about, it means the same thing, just a different sector of the home office. Do not worry about it, the next status for you should be sent to AC and then soon after ready for colelction.

Oh o theses another status ye before the phone call. Oh man lol. On the website its say please define 5working days as a week. So cause its been 41days for me does that means its been 8weeks.
