Flight booking or reference number

Hi,In the tier1 general form there is a section to enter journey details but I dont have the booking reference number of the flight traveled 3 years ago to UK.

As I got the ticket directly from the agent,I don't have any emails to check the reference number.

Please let me know if I leave the reference number blank is that ok?

mate, its not asking about your flight details, reference number can be left blank as it says "if known", which question u talkin abt ?

you only need to answer that question if the passport containing the relevant visa is not available.
