Increased funds required for Tier 2 applications

I am confused - the second row states that for applications before 14 June 2012, "Dependents of Tier 2 applicants who have been in the UK for less than 12 months" should show 1600 GBP.

I thought it was 800 GBP + 533 GBP per dependant. Any comments?

Even I thought maintenance requirement of 1600 for depedants application was for Tier 1 depedants where main tier 1 applicant is in the Uk for less than 12 months

UKBA Confuses all the time...

either it is typo, requirement of £1600 for dependants before 14 Jun 2012 in all category from T1 to T5 (they just copied and paste?). or that is for applicants who will apply between 6 April 2012 to 14 Jun 2012.

if 2nd case is correct , then what about those who will apply before 6 April and with having funds £533 for each dependants?

Is this not funny that main applicant required £900 and dependant required £1800

Here is latest guidenace for PBS dependants effetive from April 2012. it does not tell anything about new requirement of funds £1600 when main applicant is lesser than 12 months.

This must be a mistake on the UKBA website. The ministerial statement laid before Parliament on 15/03/2012 says:

Dependants of Tier 1, 2 and 5 Migrants. New level of funds:
£1,800 for dependants of Tier 1 Migrants who have been in the UK for less than 12 months;
£600 for all other applicants
