Age factor in Immigration application

I am 32 years old and will be 33 in coming September 2012.
I am planning to submit immigration application under skilled immigrant category by August 2012.
Can someone please help me understanding that am I be eligible to claim age points for age range 25 - 32 years? Which is 30 points or they will put me in 33 - 39. Though, I will not be 33 in August 2012.

you will get 30 points if you apply before your next birthday..
