my husband have irish nationality 5 years now . we are married 2 years and live in uk i want to ask you please if i can apply for nationality

No, You Can not.
In order for you to be eligible for Irish Nationality as spouse of Irish National, you have to stay in Island of Ireland (Republic and NI) for 3 years out of last 9 years with continued residence in Ireland for 1 year immediately before application.
