I have got e mail notification of the Biometric couple of days back and am waiting for postal mail so that i can give my biometric.

1. How many days does it take after receiving email notification
2. Which postal service is being used for sending this letter any chances of tracking it ?

please look at the processing times sticky thread above. It is send by standard 1st/2nd class post so you cannot track it.
