work Permit help urgent plz!!

Hello Forum Member

I have a very typical problem regarding my work permit. I am indian national. i got married in the UK, went to UK on spouse visa, found a permanent job and i woked there for two months. Things didn't work out between me and my wife so i came back to india. Now i am in india.

My Company where I was working in UK is ready to provide me a work permit. My questions are.

1. As I alredy have spouse visa on my passport, will it affact my work permit procedure?

2. Will they disable my spouse visa before granting me th work permit? as my spouse visa is for another 16 months??

2. When I get the Work Permit visa for UK, and I will come to the UK on work permit, if my spouse visa will be still valid, will I be able to get ILR in case things go fine between me and my wife later when i will be in the UK?

I am really very confused please help me.

in order for you to obtain a work permit, a uk based employer should give you a job offer and they should file for a work permit. you cannot do it from your end.
